Return and Refund Policy

1. Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

2. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" purchases.
However, if you have made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at jr@naturalhealingparadise.com . If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to amend it.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [your email address].
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
You will be required to provide proof of purchase (your order number) and photos or a description of the issue.
We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We will provide you with a return shipping label.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns. For faulty/damaged items, we will refund the full amount, including initial shipping.

5. Products That Cannot Be Returned
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., teas, opened oils).
